Refund policy

All items are inspected before shipping and shouldn't pesent with any defect. These are handcrafted items, each is unique and might present some imperfection (not quite straight stich, uncut thread etc..) , these are considered being normal for handcrafted items and are not considered defects. A priori defect free items won't be exchanged or reimbursed.

If you do get a defective item you can exchange it for another one. Proof will be required. It is your responsibility to inspect your items upon arrival. Contact us within 5 days of receiving your item if it is defective.

Sometimes there are exceptionnal circumstances, if this is the case, contact us and we will see if it is possible to help you differently than above stated.
